What we do
Care built around the family, not the institution
Each child is placed in a home of 7–8 siblings with a committed house mother — restoring the structure that hardship took away.
Family Homes
House-mothers and siblings raise every child in a real home within one of our village communities near Kampala.
Education
From nursery through vocational training, every child is enrolled and supported until they can stand on their own.
Health & Wellbeing
On-site medical care, nutrition, and counselling address the trauma many children arrive carrying.

Amara arrived at Watoto at age six, unable to read her own name. Today she is training as a nurse, and returns each holiday to the same house-mother, the same eight siblings, the same home.
